Jérémy Didderen f44076ff69 [FIX] account_ebics - Do not commit during tests in the Enterprise import 
_process_bank_statement_oe commits after each statement. Under tests this
left the test transaction. Skip the commit when the registry is in test
mode or the current thread is a test thread.

Jérémy Didderen f2d9f1138a [FIX] account_ebics - Report camt statements without account number 
The xpath result was indexed before the emptiness check, so a statement
without IBAN or other account id raised an IndexError instead of the
"No bank account number found." notification.

Jérémy Didderen 3585c85298 [FIX] account_ebics - Stop camt split on an invalid XML file 
The error was noted but processing went on with root.nsmap, raising an
AttributeError. Unparseable content now also yields the "Invalid XML
file." notification instead of an XMLSyntaxError.

account_ebics:
- Add pain_state and ebics_order_number to ebics.file
- Set these fields after a successful upload
- Add neutralized property to api.Environment

account_ebics_batch_payment:
- Add EBICS notebook page with upload info to batch payment form
- Post chatter message with OrderID after upload

account_ebics_payment_order:
- Fix broken postprocess: replace deprecated active_model/active_id
  context keys with model/id

Luc De Meyer dec59ecbce [FIX] account_ebics: IndexError in _split_camt for camt.054 
Fix IndexError in _split_camt when camt.054 has no currency at statement level.
This commit implements the following changes:
- discard statements without entries before attempting currency extraction
- fall back to Ntry/Amt/@Ccy for camt.054 when Acct/Ccy and Bal/Amt/@Ccy are absent

Luc De Meyer df17c4a1ca [FIX] stack trace when OE camt parser discards a transaction line 
The Odoo Enterprise CAMT parser may drop transactions during import
e.g. in case of duplicates or when a 0.00 amount transaction is added
to give some banking information via the CAMT file.
This PR fixes a stack trace that occurs when that happens.
