[REM] account_ebics - Remove unused ebics.xfer._update_order_number
...
Every caller uses ebics.config._update_order_number. The wizard copy was
dead and wrong: it did not reset Z to 0 when carrying (A0ZZ -> A1ZZ).

[FIX] account_ebics - Report camt statements without account number
...
The xpath result was indexed before the emptiness check, so a statement
without IBAN or other account id raised an IndexError instead of the
"No bank account number found." notification.

[FIX] account_ebics - Stop camt split on an invalid XML file
...
The error was noted but processing went on with root.nsmap, raising an
AttributeError. Unparseable content now also yields the "Invalid XML
file." notification instead of an XMLSyntaxError.
